SKUNKWORKS RELEASES AFFORDABLE POLE MOUNTS FOR LCD SCREENS

With space always at a premium in modern homes and offices, LCD monitors have filled a major niche because of their slim size and neat appearance. Now a new range of pole mounts and brackets, from Australian innovator, Skunkworks, is creating new space-saving alternatives for flat screen technology.

Over the past 12 months the Skunkworks range of LCD mounting solutions has grown and diversified, to meet many practical and design-related applications. Now it has released an entirely new range of pole mounts, called POLO.

In response to demand from designers, architects and builders, Australia-wide, Skunkworks has introduced nine new LCD mounting solutions. As the name suggests, the Polo range incorporates both brackets that fit onto existing poles as well as complete pole mounted bracket solutions.

The Polo 176, which hit the market a few months ago, is a ceiling mounted bracket on a telescopic pole. It extends to 107 cms and has been widely used in public areas such as airports, hospitals and bowling alleys as well as providing space-saving benefits for offices and other work places.

Also in the Polo range are pole mounts that can be easily fitted to the desk with a C-clamp or screwed to a surface. Some have multiple arms and brackets for multi-screen displays and some are free-standing.

Skunkworks provide a wide range of mounting arms and brackets that have set a new price precedent in the market. Flexible, attractive and highly durable, the new Skunkworks products are solving a myriad of mounting problems in the office, getting LCD screens off the desk, allowing them to be mounted to partitioning, walls and even allowing them to be hidden from view when not in use.

From large organisations upgrading to a more stylish look to smaller organisations requiring a larger number of work-stations many companies are turning to Skunkworks for solutions.

At home the brackets provide a seamless mounting option that is neat, chic and flexible. LCD TVs can be easily mounted in the lounge room or bedroom in a manner that shows off the screen and not the mount.
